The event, organised by Graham Cowdrey in aid of the Paul Hunter Foundation and Multiple Sclerosis, will feature Tony McCoy and world champion Ronnie O'Sullivan taking on Ryan Moore and UK champion Shaun Murphy.
O'Sullivan and Murphy will also play a best-of-five-frame match, while trainer William Haggas will team up with Murphy to take on McCoy and O'Sullivan.
Former world champion Steve Davis will give a 30-minute trick-shot demonstration, and to complete the star-studded line-up Rory Bremner will act as referee and commentator.
The bar opens at 6pm for a 7.15pm start. A few tickets at £20 are available from the Newmarket tourist information centre on 01638 667200.
