The Ladies, Juniors and Billiard teams will then compete from Tuesday on in thier events with Billiards and Billiard Juniors being played for the first time.
The event is now in it's 30th year with Wales winning the inagrual event way back in 1969 and it has grown and grown each year since then to it's current format.
Wales have picked up the Prince of Wales Shield 13 times since then with England winning it a staggering 21 times, Scotland three times and Ireland twice.
