The event will kick off with eight groups of six players with four qualifying for the Last 32 so the days of the event will only really be match practice for the top players who will jockey for the top seedings in the knockout stage.
Favourites for the event would have to include the likes of China's Liu Chuang (Pictured), Yan Li and Hanqing Shi while Thailand will be sending Thanawat Tirapongpaiboon, Yuttapop Pakpoj and Noppon Saengkham.
You cant really look outside these countries for the winner however India's entries will always have a chance and personally I'd like to see Qatar's Al Obaidly brothers have a good run in the event.
As always Global Snooker are the first to have the draw and will probably be the best place to keep up to date with all the results. Lets just hope Iran give the IBSF some internet access to get the results out..
