It is with great sadness that we report the death of Northern Ireland's Billy Telford who passed away suddenly at his home on Friday. Billy had a major involvement with amatuer snooker over the years especially with the Northern Ireland, European and IBSF Associations. Although he had recently retired from the Northern Association Billy continued to be involved with snooker and the All Ireland Club Championships over the past year and will be sadly missed by all that knew him around the world.
