Joe Caruana Curran, the president of the Malta Billiards and Snooker Association has been elected vice-president of the European Billiards and Snooker Association for a two-year term.
His nomination was unanimously approved by the 31 delegates who attended the annual general meeting in Belgium on Friday. Jim Leacy from Ireland retained his chiarman role while Maxime Cassis from France also was retained as Secretary.
