We have always had child prodigy's in snooker , indeed most countries have one or two built up every now and again. However very few make it through to the professional stage but Hong Kong youngster Dong Dong is hoping to follow Ding someday onto the main tour.
The 10 year old who named Marco Fu as his sporting idol is now a member of the Hong Kong junior team and is making quite a name for himself in Hong Kong and China having played Ding in exhibition matches already and appearing on Chinese TV promoting the game.
